A minor service is the routine one: engine oil and filter, a full multi-point inspection, fluid levels checked and the service indicator reset. We use the grade and interval your manufacturer specifies rather than a one-size oil, and every car is scanned first, so anything else developing is found while it is still cheap to fix. You see the report and a fixed written price before we start. Most cars alternate between this and a major service, and we will tell you which one yours is actually due.

    You get the findings and a written price. Nothing beyond the service itself goes ahead without you approving it.

    Oil and filter, fluid levels, and every check on the list, done by a technician who works on your make regularly.

Most manufacturers set 10,000 to 15,000 km, but Dubai heat, short journeys and traffic shorten oil life. We recommend an interval based on your specific car and how you drive it, and tell you honestly if the book figure is fine.

A minor service covers oil, filter and a full inspection. A major service adds the other filters, spark plugs, brake fluid and a deeper set of checks. Most cars alternate between the two.

Usually the same day. If the inspection finds something that needs attention, we call you with a written price before carrying out any additional work.
