Bentley | Specialist Workshop
Bentley-trained technicians working to factory repair procedure, in a workshop equipped to take on any job the marque can present. Every Continental GT, Flying Spur, Bentayga and Mulsanne is read on marque-specific diagnostics rather than a generic scanner, so the fault is proven before anything is opened — you see the codes yourself and get a fixed written price first. Minor and major schedules, kilometre services and service contracts are all carried out to a set process, dealer-level every time, so the car leaves with the ride, refinement and W12 response Bentley engineered in, on the day we promised.
Our process
Booking a Bentley in is meant to take a minute, not an afternoon. We collect it, diagnose it properly, send you the findings with a fixed price, and touch nothing until you say go ahead.
Book in under a minute and we collect the car from your home or office. No lift to arrange and no waiting room.
Certified technicians run a full diagnostic scan and send you the readout with a fixed quote. Nothing is touched until you approve it.
The work is carried out to manufacturer procedures, road-tested twice, then the car is washed and returned to your door.

Warning signs
Bentley faults rarely fix themselves and get dearer the longer they run. Catch these early and a service often solves it.
Bentley repair
Bentley builds cars that hide their effort. A Continental GT will carry two people across a country at speed without ever sounding like it is working, and that impression is the product of a great deal of engineering underneath. The W12 and the V8 are both large forced-induction engines packed into a tight bay, making serious power and a great deal of heat with it. The car rides on air suspension with adaptive damping, levelling well over two tonnes continuously so the body stays flat through a corner and settled on a bad surface. The cabin is sealed and insulated to a standard almost nothing else matches. That last part has a practical consequence most owners never think about: a Bentley masks its own symptoms. A noise that would be obvious in an ordinary car is muffled here until it is well advanced, and a vibration is damped out of the steering long before you would feel it. By the time something reaches you through all that isolation, it has usually been developing for a while. This is why a Bentley cannot be diagnosed by ear or by impression, and why guessing is expensive on one. Every car that comes to us is read on the correct diagnostic equipment first — live data, adaptation values and module-level detail, not a code and an assumption — and the work is then carried out to Bentley's own procedure, in the specified sequence, to the specified settings and torque figures. In Dubai that discipline matters more than it would elsewhere. Heat never lets the cooling system rest, fine dust finds its way into every condenser and intake, and a car this heavy asks a great deal of its suspension over the speed bumps. Nothing is opened until the fault is proven, nothing starts until you have approved a fixed written price, and the car is road tested before you collect it.
Our team
Finding genuine Bentley specialists in Dubai is harder than it should be. Plenty of workshops will happily take the car in; far fewer have a team that knows these platforms well enough to diagnose them rather than work through possibilities at your expense. Ours is built around exactly that. The Bentley unit is run by master technicians with real years on the W12 and V8 cars behind them, supported by trained specialists covering engine, transmission, air suspension, electrical and air conditioning work, all handled in house rather than sent out. They are professionals who have seen the same faults often enough to recognise the pattern quickly, and experienced enough to know when the obvious answer is the wrong one — which on a Bentley it frequently is, because the car's own refinement hides where a symptom really begins. Every member of the team works to the manufacturer's procedures rather than to habit, and the certified diagnostic equipment they use is the same standard a Bentley dealer works with. That combination of expert people, correct method and proper equipment is what separates a Bentley specialist from a general garage that sees one occasionally. Whether it is a routine service on a Flying Spur, an air suspension fault on a Bentayga or a cooling concern on a Continental GT, the same team looks after it from the first diagnosis through to the road test before you collect the car.
Coverage
Petrol, hybrid and electric where applicable. If your model is not listed, call and ask — the list is not exhaustive.
FAQs
No. Independent servicing does not void a manufacturer warranty provided the schedule is followed and the work is carried out to matching quality, logged in a digital record.
Yes. We diagnose whether it is a strut, compressor or valve block rather than replacing the whole system, which is usually far less expensive.
Yes. Older Bentleys are welcome and need a different, unhurried approach. We quote them on inspection.
A minor service is usually same day and a major service one to two days. Larger repairs depend on the diagnosis, and we give you a date with the quote.
Common faults
These are the jobs that come through the workshop most often. If your car is doing one of these, we can usually tell you the likely cause before you bring it in.

Why us
Most Bentley complaints turn out to be a sensor, a leak or an adaptation rather than a failed major component. Diagnosis first saves owners a great deal of money. If you are unsure where to start, a full inspection tells you what the car actually needs before you commit to anything. Where the car is simply due its scheduled work, that is a major service rather than a repair. Owners who would rather fix the cost of that up front take a service contract.
