Pads and discs
Replaced in axle pairs, discs measured against minimum thickness rather than replaced on sight.

Brakes are the one system you cannot negotiate with. Every job runs to the manufacturer’s own procedure and torque values, on equipment that reads the car the way the dealer’s does.
What we do
Everything below is done in our own workshop by our own technicians, with a written quote before any work starts.
Replaced in axle pairs, discs measured against minimum thickness rather than replaced on sight.
Seized pistons, sticking slides and corroded carriers rebuilt or replaced as needed.
Fluid absorbs moisture and boils under hard use. Changed every two years with a full bleed.
Wheel speed sensors, ABS module faults and warning lights diagnosed with live data.
Cables, shoes and electronic parking brake faults on modern cars.
Uprated pads and discs for track or heavy towing use where standard parts fade.
When to book

Why us
Brakes are where a cheap job costs the most. Everything below is standard on every brake repair we carry out.
Warning signs
Brakes warn you before they fail. If you notice any of these, book an inspection — pads are cheap, discs and calipers are not.
Our process
No work begins until you have seen the problem and approved the price. If we find something extra, it stops and comes back to you.
Wheels off, pads and discs measured, fluid tested, findings photographed.
You see the measurements against the minimum figures before deciding.
Quality parts, correct torque, hardware and shims renewed.
Road tested under braking and re-checked before hand back.
Why A to Z
Every car gets a full diagnostic scan before we quote. You see the readout and the fault codes whether you go ahead or not.
We collect from your home or office and bring the car back when it is done. No lift to arrange, no waiting room.
A workshop near you and shorter waiting times. Your service history follows you between every branch.
FAQs
It depends entirely on driving. City traffic wears pads far faster than highway running. We measure remaining material at every service and tell you how much life is left rather than guessing at intervals.
Not always. We measure disc thickness against the manufacturer minimum. If they are within spec and not scored or warped, new pads on existing discs is fine.
Usually uneven disc thickness, often called warping. Heavy braking in traffic transfers pad material unevenly onto the disc. Sometimes it can be machined, often the disc needs replacing.
Every two years regardless of mileage. Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air, which lowers its boiling point and gives you a soft pedal under hard use.
Tell us what the car is doing and we will tell you what it is likely to be before you bring it in. Quotes are fixed and in writing.
