Lotus | Specialist Workshop
Lotus-trained technicians working to factory repair procedure, in a workshop equipped to take on any job the marque can present. Every Emira, Evora, Exige and Elise, plus the Eletre and Emeya is read on marque-specific diagnostics rather than a generic scanner, so the fault is proven before anything is opened — you see the codes yourself and get a fixed written price first. Minor and major schedules, kilometre services and service contracts are all carried out to a set process, dealer-level every time, so the car leaves with the geometry, brakes and balance set exactly as Lotus intended, on the day we promised.
Our process
From the first call to the moment your Lotus is handed back, the process is deliberately simple. You see the diagnosis and approve the price before anything is touched, so there are no surprises when you collect the car.
Book in under a minute and we collect the car from your home or office. No lift to arrange and no waiting room.
Certified technicians run a full diagnostic scan and send you the readout with a fixed quote. Nothing is touched until you approve it.
The work is carried out to manufacturer procedures, road-tested twice, then the car is washed and returned to your door.

Warning signs
Lotus faults rarely fix themselves and get dearer the longer they run. Catch these early and a service often solves it.
Lotus repair
Lotus builds around one principle above all else — genuinely light weight — and it shapes every part of the car. The bonded aluminium chassis is light and extremely stiff, and because there is so little mass to control, the suspension can be set up for real feel rather than fighting weight constantly. That also means these cars are genuinely sensitive: alignment and geometry make a bigger difference to how a Lotus drives than they would on a heavier car. The engines are relatively compact and sit in tight installations, which puts real demand on cooling in Dubai heat. Brakes and tyres do their work without the mass that punishes them elsewhere on heavier cars. These are precise cars that reward being set up correctly and feel noticeably wrong when they are not. Every car is read properly before work begins and handled to the factory procedure for the model.
Our team
Finding a workshop that genuinely understands a Lotus in Dubai is difficult — these are specialised cars and the usual approaches simply do not suit them. Ours is a unit built for the work. Master technicians with real experience on these chassis lead it, supported by trained specialists across engine, transmission, suspension and brakes, and by a diagnostics team who read the car before quoting. Geometry in particular has to be set to the model figures with the car at correct ride height, and plenty of workshops genuinely do not bother. We work to factory procedure, agree a written price up front, and hand the car back set up so it drives the way a Lotus should.
Coverage
Petrol, hybrid and electric where applicable. If your model is not listed, call and ask — the list is not exhaustive.
FAQs
No. Independent servicing does not void a manufacturer warranty provided the schedule is followed and the work is carried out to matching quality.
Yes. On a light car corner balance changes the handling noticeably, and we set it properly rather than just aligning it.
Yes. The earlier cars are welcome alongside the current range.
A minor service is usually same day and a major service one day. Setup work is quoted separately and we give you a date with the quote.
Common faults
These are the jobs that come through the workshop most often. If your car is doing one of these, we can usually tell you the likely cause before you bring it in.

Why us
Most Lotus complaints turn out to be a sensor, a leak or an adaptation rather than a failed major component. Diagnosis first saves owners a great deal of money. Where the car is simply due its scheduled work, that is a major service rather than a repair. Handling complaints often come back to geometry, so wheel alignment is measured rather than eyeballed. The same applies to brakes, which wear faster in this climate than the schedule assumes.
